“Relationships matter” is a core value at Times Real Estate. Led by siblings George Charles Hanold V, CEO, and Regan Beegle, the Newport Beach brokerage is a high-tech reimagining of the family’s previous firm, Hanold Properties.
“We have a matchmaking software, which pairs our client’s homes with the world’s wealthiest buyer pool through Wealth-X,” says Hanold.
Times Real Estate also has a concierge program to handle home renovations before the sale. “One major standout of our program is the ability to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in their home if it warrants that investment,” he explains. “We let them know exactly where we’re going to put the money to command the highest premium for them and show them how we’re creating real upside equity for them.”
In the three years since Time Real Estate took shape, the company has continued to work with long-term clients while building a team of about 15 agents.
“We’re lean and mean,” says Hanold. All agents are handpicked and trained, coached and mentored by Times Real Estate leadership, which has helped some hit career milestones.
Times Real Estate is also a company that gives back. “I lead from my faith,” says Hanold, who has partnered with a pastor in Tanzania in developing an orphanage, the second Times Real Estate has helped build. The company also partners with non-profits like clean water group One ATTA Time.
