We absolutely had to move for personal/family reasons and were very scared to enter into real estate transactions when there was so much uncertainty with what would happen with COVID 19. To complicate matters, we needed the equity in our existing property in order to afford our dream house in Costa Mesa, but didn't want to make a contingent offer and risk our offer not being accepted. We weren't sure how quickly we could sell the old house due to the Covid-19 crisis. To my luck, they had the connections with a lender that was willing to work through a rather complex re-financing transaction with our existing property so that we could raise the cash to put a down payment our dream house. Regan and George kept on everyone on task to make sure that deadlines were kept and that we got our dream house and sold our old house without ever having two mortgages. I don't know how, but they also negotiated very favorable price concessions upon inspection of our dream house (that put money back in my pocket upon close). We closed on time, and when we finally did list our old property, they did such an amazing job staging it and promoting it on social media that we were able to sell the house in two days, and at the asking price I wanted from the beginning (before the COVID 19 crisis really hit). I wouldn't use anyone else after my experience with them."

My wife immediately had a good feeling and good connection with Regan and knew she was someone she felt comfortable working with. We let Regan know we were not ready and to give us a year. A year later Regan reached back out to see if we were ready to re-engage. We were and she got right to work with confirming our wants and needs and looking for applicable options. We warned her that we move slow and she may not want to work with us, but she was up for the challenge. She remained patiently persistent with us throughout the process. She was always readily available and responsive to our questions and requests. When we found our new home, she worked hard to guide, reassure, and fight for us to make sure we got what we requested after the inspection. The overall escrow process went well in part as a result of Regan communications style and overall easy to work with approach. After closing were had a few surprises pop up and Regan was quick to jump in to help resolve the matter.
