Backed by over 20 years in commercial real estate, Andi is known for cultivating authentic relationships and caring for her clients with respect, dignity, and empathy. She thrives on curating creative strategies and solutions to help people achieve their ultimate real estate goals.
Prior to real estate, Andi worked as an elementary school teacher before transitioning to work for an online education tech start-up company. Her fierce entrepreneurial spirit and longtime love of health and fitness led her to develop the first half-toe sock for Pilates and yoga called Toezies, a company she founded in 2006 and later sold in 2012.

 

Andi has raised her family in Emerald Bay for over 20 years, and she enjoys sharing the beauty and history of the area with her clients. From Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Dana Point to San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente, Andi’s knowledge of the coastal communities of Southern California is essential in positioning her clients for success in any market.

 

In addition to real estate, Andi is a published author of two books and is currently working on a memoir. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends and can often be found planning her family’s next adventure.
